Building a Natural Habitat | The First Batch of Main Structures of the "Green Village" Project by Guohe Global Has Been Topped Out

Recently, the first batch of the main structure of the Green Village natural villa project, developed by Tacito e Explicito Lda, a real estate company under the Guohe Global Group, has reached its structural completion. With the commencement of interior decoration and outdoor landscaping projects, this eco-residence, nestled in the suburbs of Lisbon, Portugal, has quietly entered the countdown to becoming a "home".

01、Nestled amidst mountains and seas, yet within easy reach of bustling prosperity

The Green Village natural villa area is located in Azeitão, Setúbal, a suburb of Lisbon, Portugal. This area is recognized as a "top-tier" location, just over 20 minutes by car from the capital city of Lisbon, and covers an area of approximately 11,500 square meters.

Here, seafront villas stand in abundance, backed by the lush Arrábida National Park and facing the blue waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Galapinhos Beach, "one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe," is right in front of you; turning around and entering the sea, you will find one of only three permanent habitats for bottlenose dolphins in Europe, which leap out of the waves nearby, blending the natural vitality into a poem.

In Green Village, there is no isolation of "seclusion" nor the hustle and bustle of "prosperity". Instead, there is only the symbiosis of natural wild charm and urban convenience. Perhaps, this is what people seek: "away from the dust but not from the city".

02、Bioclimatic Architecture: Making Residential Buildings an Extension of Nature

As an important layout of Guohe Global in the field of overseas ecological real estate, Green Village has adhered to the concept of sustainable development since its establishment, and is committed to creating an ideal residence where people and nature coexist harmoniously. The project strictly adheres to European standards and collaborates with renowned French architect Da Silva and his team to transform natural laws into architectural language with "bioclimatic architecture" as the core, making the house a "breathing" ecological carrier.

The project is planned as a three to four bedroom detached villa, with a unified interior decoration standard that hides delicate considerations for living scenes. At the same time, an independent infinity pool can be selected as needed, creating a visual resonance between the pool water and the distant natural scenery; Private gardens reserve flexible space for cultivating flowers and plants, as well as growing fruits and vegetables, allowing residents to experience natural rhythms through interaction with the land. Closed community management balances privacy and safety.

Green Village fully demonstrates its bioclimatic characteristics in terms of architectural design. The design team optimized natural lighting, opening size, natural ventilation system, and outdoor shading space to maximize and control solar radiation, effectively reducing dependence on artificial energy and lowering energy consumption costs.

In terms of building material selection, Green Village avoids the common "thermal bridge" problem in traditional buildings and instead uses natural insulation materials such as cork. These materials not only effectively block temperature differences from the outside world, but also have excellent breathability. They seem to coat the building with a breathable "skin" that can naturally remove excess indoor moisture such as kitchen fumes and bathroom moisture, keeping the indoor air in an ideal state of freshness and warmth.

At present, the construction of the Green Village project is steadily progressing according to plan and is expected to be fully completed and delivered by 2026. Guohe Global will continue to control subsequent projects with precision standards to ensure that every detail of bioclimatic buildings is accurately implemented.
